Background & Practice Experience:
Will was raised in Decatur, Alabama. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1973 with a B.A. in Political Science and French. He obtained his M.S. in Zoology from Auburn University in 1981. In 1986, Will graduated from Vanderbilt Law School and obtained his Juris Doctorate.

Will worked at the firm of Reeves & Chavez in Las Cruces, New Mexico for fifteen years, the last twelve as a partner in the firm.  Will then opened his own law firm in 2002 and then joined Holt Mynatt Martínez P.C. in January 2016.

In his three decades of practice, Will has been involved in practically every facet of civil litigation, including insurance defense, water law, corporate law, real property law, employment law, and commercial litigation. Will currently primarily focuses on representing corporate entities, including dairies, farmers, water utilities, and landowners in all aspects of business regulation, land use, human resources and litigation.
